Founded in 1981, Training, Inc. Indianapolis is part of a nationally-recognized workforce development organization that provides qualified and diverse applicants prepared to meet employers’ expectations in today’s work environment.  We have served thousands of disadvantaged women and men by providing them with marketable skills and entrée to a viable career path.  Training, Inc. graduates are equipped with both the hard skills and life management skills necessary to get and keep a good job.

Training, Inc. is bridging the digital divide. We offer two computer-based career-training programs designed to prepare disadvantaged clients to enter the Indianapolis workforce.  Both programs are focused on equipping people to become self-sufficient in the new technology-based economy.
