Our trainees come from a variety of backgrounds, all with the common goal of needing improved skills to become self-sufficient.   If you took a snapshot of a typical training cycle you would find veterans with service connected disabilities, single mothers and fathers trying to give their children a better future, dislocated workers, people who have survived homelessness, addiction and abuse. 

Training, Inc. provides a 240 % return on investment to the community on every dollar invested.

Training, Inc. expends 85% of all donations on programs. 

Training, Inc. works with businesses to ensure we are helping to build a skilled Indianapolis workforce.
