Training, Inc. depends on its business volunteers to contribute
to the skill building of our trainees.

We believe that it is imperative for our trainees to interact with business volunteers to learn first hand the culture and skills of the employing community.

Life Skills workshops – topics could include, conflict resolution, time management, team building, learning styles, goal setting, business communication, or money management.

Mock interviews – assist our trainees in perfecting their interviewing skills.

Resume review - give feedback to a trainee on their resume for fine-tuning.

Informational Interviews – help our trainees learn more about different career fields.  Allow them to ask you questions about your daily work life.

Graduate Services –follow up phone calls to graduates, create & implement surveys for employer satisfaction & needs assessment.

Clothing donations – in order for our trainees to have business appropriate clothing, we count on donations from the community.
